Registration is now OPEN for attendees for the 51st Annual Maine State School Transportation Safety Conference & Trade Show at our new location at the Augusta Civic Center on July 17-19, 2024. The registration form can be found on our website at www.maptme.org/conferences and will allow you to register up to 25 attendees on a single registration. An invoice will be automatically generated once your registration is submitted and emailed to the "Registrant" on the form.
Please ensure that each attendee's email address is complete on the form. Individual tickets with QR codes will be emailed out separately after your registration is submitted for express check-in like was used during this year's regional conferences.
All registration fees this year are flat costs for the entire 3-day conference and include all workshops (excluding NAPT) and all meals.
NAPT Courses are available again this year for an additional fee. The fee does include the corresponding booklet for each course. Discount rates are available to NAPT Members.
304 - Best Practices When Collecting, Analyzing and Using Data: This four-hour course will help you decide what data to measure, how to measure it, the best way to collect the information you need, how to analyze it and, ultimately, how to use it to improve your decision-making.
604 - Prioritizing & Evaluating Operational Safety: This four-hour course explains and explores “safety” in essential areas of your operations, such as staffing, routing and scheduling, student management and training, vehicle maintenance and customer service.
We ask that all registrations be submitted no later than Monday, June 18, 2024 to allow up ample time to coordinate attendance count specific tasks in time for the conference.
We will have a networking event & dinner on Wednesday evening and a Murder Mystery Dinner on Thursday evening. Shuttle transportation will be available to local hotels during the entire event.
