Celebrate and sweat at CrossFit9's fifth annual PrideWOD Fundraiser, benefitting Metro Inclusive Wellness!Metro Inclusive is an all inclusive health provider that caters to LGBTQIA+ communities. Additionally they provide support groups, programming, and a welcome center, with the commitment of serving the community in which they operate.
ALL are welcome to join with a minimum cash donation of $20. All proceeds will go to Metro Inclusive Wellness to support our LGBTQIA+ community members.
Three separate PrideWOD heats will be run as follows:
-8:00am
-9:00am
-10:00am
