Annual Open House

The building will be open with a suggested path indicated. Volunteers will be in every area answering questions and assisting. If the weather is clear, there will be telescopes on the lawn and the Thaw and 13" will be avilable for viewing. Someone will be demonstrating the Keeler and other telescopes.

There are entry times on the half hour. There is no cost but reservations are required. This event will fill and no walkups will be accepted.

Parking is available on the right hand side of the road circling the observatory. If you might enjoy a little stroll, please consider parking down the hill and walking up. The building is only partially handicapped accessible. Please call or email with questions. 412-321-4200 or [email protected].
