6/28 Noon-5pm open daytime wheeling. If you are new to property, it is suggested you do a guided run. Will be signup sheets at registration for daytime guided tours for those new to property and/or novices. Club members are more than excited to take you out! This is a great time to mention we are having a novice school on May 17 open to all (see our event page for details).
This year we will have food trucks and vendors. *more details to come*
7pm- Raffle *Must be present to win
Evening includes a raffle, so bring some cash and if inclined an item to donate to the raffle. Magic City 4x4 members, this a reminder to gather up items for our raffle.
Drivers Meeting after raffle, must be at drivers meeting to run after dark. All runs after dusk are to be guided only. Will have signup sheets based on your rig and experience. Sunset will be just after 9pm so rest up if you want to wheel all night!
For those who want to wheel:
1. Mandatory tech inspection
2. Securely mounted fire extinguisher required
3. Front and rear tow points
4. Open rigs must have roll over protection
5. Working lights
6. Seatbelts/harnesses for all passengers
Drivers must be sober - Alcohol is for after the trails, not during. If a driver appears impaired, that person will be asked to ride shotgun with someone else. We often have close to 50 rigs wheeling the night away. Impaired drivers will not be allowed to jeopardize the safety of other participants. If you can’t wheel without drugs or alcohol, this is not the place for you.
Overnight camping available the day before and day of event.
If you have passed tech inspection, you are welcome to wheel on while it's still daylight.
Families encouraged to attend; will be an area of yard games open to all!
One last reminder - watch for snakes, especially after dark.
Early Registration is recommended and is $20, early registration closes 6/20/25. Registration at gate is $25.
Event is open to anyone!
