Our experienced instructor will provide clear guidance, demonstrate each pose, and offer modifications for all skill levels. Whether this is your first yoga class or you have practiced for years, you are welcome to move at your own pace.

There is no pressure to master every pose and absolutely no judgment—just an opportunity to be present, connect with nature, and enjoy the positive energy of practicing together.

Set on a beautiful, expansive stretch of Fort Lauderdale Beach, this feel-good experience offers plenty of space, fresh ocean air, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Come exactly as you are and receive all the goodness you deserve.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in and enjoy the natural surroundings before class begins. Afterward, stay to relax by the shoreline or welcome the new year with a refreshing ocean dip.

🎒WHAT TO BRING? :

BYO large beach towel or blanket for wider coverage over sand. (*No Yoga mat needed. It can flip or get hot from the sun). A bag to keep all your items from getting lost in the sand. Bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen. There are shops & ATM at NE 9th Street
