Wisconsin Missing Persons Advocacy, Inc has once again partnered with the Brown County Sheriff's Office to hold The Annual Missing Persons Awareness event at The Brown County Sheriff's Office on Saturday, May 3rd from 1:00-4:00.This free family event includes free child ID cards, Families of the Missing, Faces of Wisconsin's Missing, guest speakers and information from various agencies that assist in searching for the missing as well as keeping the public safe.
This is an opportunity to learn about keeping your kids safe on the internet, boaters safety, as well as resources available for things like child abuse, domestic abuse, sexual assault, and trafficking.
You’ll see demonstrations from area Search and Rescue and law enforcement. There will be a silent auction which will help fund the Wisconsin's Missing Persons Awareness Billboard Campaign.
Refreshments will be available for purchase from Captain Quesadilla Food truck! Receive a ticket for a free drawing with every $10 purchase for a set of ear buds!
We'll have something for everyone... balloon twisting for the kids, silent auction baskets, furry friends to pet, and lots to see and do. We do our best to make this a fun and educational day for you and your family.
Bring your friends and family and show your support to the families of the missing while helping raise awareness.
Together we can make a difference!!
