- Welcome to members
- Confirmation of quorum
- receiving of annual reports from president, VPs, and Chairs of Committees
- election of new Directors
- Motions to be voted upon
- New business items proposed by membership
- Closing of business.
If you would like to vote on motions, or run for a director position, please ensure that you have purchased your membership (link at bridlewood.ca) by September 29th, 2025
