Learn more about the legacy and history of Tacoma's public spaces. For over a century, public spaces like Wright Park and other neighborhood parks have been an essential part of the quality of life in our city. With an added guest from the Tacoma Tree Foundation, our meeting will also highlight recent efforts to protect Tacoma's tree canopy. Attendees will also have the opportunity to view a historic church, successfully added to the City Historic Register this past year thanks to a nomination by Historic Tacoma.
