Please join us for a borrel and a big pot of tradional Dutch Snert (split pea soup!) We will have cocktails and mocktails (and beer and wine of course) as well as hapjes. Members are encouraged to bring a finger food/appetizer/dessert to share! But, we also have to conduct a little business…
We would like to draw your attention to two important topics for the meeting:
1. The Executive Board has reviewed the Bylaws of the Association which were written in the 1950’s and has made some suggested changes to modernize our Bylaws so we can serve the membership better. At the Membership Meeting we will ask the membership to vote on the changes so we can implement these immediately. If you want a copy of the bylaws and the proposed changes, please email [email protected]. Your advance input is very welcome.
2. The following slate for the Executive Board is suggested to the Nominating Committee. Members are encouraged to propose alternate or additional members for consideration.
