There’s no better time to dig in, and @keeplakewoodbeautiful is here to help you turn your thumbs green! 🌼🐝Join us for the annual Keep Lakewood Beautiful Humus & Perennial Flower Sale on Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to noon in the parking lot of the Old Stone House at Lakewood Park.
Stock up on bags of “black gold” for your garden beds (humus: $5 per bag) and browse a beautiful selection of hardy perennials, many of which are native to our region and help support bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. 🌸🦋
Joining us for the second year, native plants will once again be available from @meadow.city — a Cleveland-based nursery specializing in plants native to our area. Plants may be pre-ordered online until May 11 or purchased at the sale while supplies last.
This annual sale is a fundraiser supporting Keep Lakewood Beautiful, a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to community beautification throughout our city.
