Tickets are available for our annual party at the American Cheese Society Conference in Buffalo, NY! We invite you to channel your “New York State of Rind” and join us on Wednesday, July 10 from 9 pm to midnight at the Pearl Street Grill and Brewery (a short 10 - 15 minute walk from the conference hotel and convention center). This year we are partnering with the New York State Cheese Council as co-beneficiary. We will gather to celebrate cheese community and DZTE recipients past and present.
Ample cheese will be provided by our friends from Maker to Monger and several New York cheesemakers, and there will be raffles for amazing prizes from Formaticum, Essex Street Cheese, culture magazine, and Shelburne Farms.
There are multiple options and bundles for purchasing tickets in advance starting at $25/person. NOTE: Admission will be $40 at the door. Purchase in advance and support two great non-profits. We can’t wait to see you in Buffalo!
