It’s that time of year again for our Annual Halloween Dance Fitness Bash at the Cooper YMCA! Get ready for all your favorite instructors from a variety of dance fitness formats teaming up to give y’all the best playlist featuring spooky hits and your class favorites! This class is free, and it is 75 minutes long so we can incorporate a variety of instructors. Costumes and/or Halloween colors are encouraged!
