We are excited to announce that the room block is now open for the 2025 Association of Fund-Raising Distributors and Suppliers (AFRDS) Conference and Expo, taking place at the enchanting Kalahari Resorts and Conventions. Conference Schedule at a Glance:
Tuesday, January 14, 2025: Kick things off with our Welcome Party Reception from 6 pm to 9 pm.
Wednesday, January 15, 2025: Dive into a full day of Education Sessions from 9 am to 4 pm, followed by our Annual Meeting & Networking Session from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Thursday, January 16, 2025: Explore the Expo Floor from 9 am to 5 pm. Don't miss the Happy Hour, hosted directly on the Expo Floor, from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Friday, January 17, 2025: The Expo Floor will be open from 9 am to 2 pm, giving you one last chance to connect with exhibitors and finalize those valuable connections.
Booking Your Stay:
To secure your spot at this essential industry event, please book your accommodations early through the link in this email or through the AFRDS website. Booking within our designated room block not only offers a special rate but also places you at the center of the conference activities, facilitating easier networking and access to sessions. AFRDS has secured a room rate of $199 per night and the $39.99 resort fee has been waived. *We have a limited number of rooms available outside of our room block leading up to and after our conference dates of January 14-17, 2025. If you want to extend your reservation, you must contact AFRDS Headquarters (407-821-8841) to have your reservation amended.
