About this Event
Annual Community Day @ Greater Faith Tabernacle on Sat, May 3, 2025 from 10a-2pm. This event will include a health fair, Vitalant blood drive, Baptist mobile mammography, activities for the kids, and food. Location is 905 East Shelby Drive off Fairfield in Whitehaven. It's an indoor event health fair.

Baptist mobile mammography can be provided through insurance (BCBS, Atena, Humana) or grant application (must provide proof of income).
Friends for life will be providing HIV testing.
Tri State Community Health Center mobile medical van will be providing free health care services.
Care Access will be providing blood test for cholesterol and diabetes.
