Some of you may or may not be aware there is a traditional 4 mile Cold Duck route which goes out through Leland Grove and includes jumping to touch (or try to touch) a basketball hoop/net at the end of a dead end street and a hill sprint at Illini Country Club. You are welcome to run this route, or run loops in the park if you are more comfortable with a closed course, or not run at all. There are no real rules on Cold Duck morning....what happens at the Cold Duck, stays at the Cold Duck. 😜Run is followed by a Potluck and bonfire at the playground shelter. Bring something to share and starts your Thanksgiving off the right way!
