Annual Charity Duck Race plus stalls

It’s back! Our 1400 numbered duckies 🐤🐤 are in training again for their annual swim from Bell to Billet Wharf on the incoming tide. Supervised by members of Leigh Lions and 3rd Chalkwell Bay Sea Scouts, they’ll be safely gathered in at the finish line (before they get to Benfleet😆). Our good friends at Priority Management Services Ltd have very kindly sponsored the prizes - so all proceeds can be used for good causes!
You can join in the fun by buying a £1 ticket, and if the ticket number matches one of the first four ducks home, you win a prize:
1st £100
2nd £75
3rd £50
4th £25
We’ll have lots of games on Strand Wharf to keep you amused before & after the main event. PLEASE NOTE: the precise time of the race CANNOT be given this far in advance as it is dependent on tide and weather conditions. We will be selling duck tickets in our charity shop, and on advertised weekends in the old town & on the day. You can also use Messenger and we’ll get tix to you. Proceeds to Leigh-on-Sea Lions CIO.
