Annual Breakfast meeting

The event will start with a meet and greet, registration, coffee, then we will sit down and enjoy a full English breakfast at one of Brighton’s premier venues. After breakfast, we have two short talks from our members.

• Tom Owen of S.E.A Building Compliance will give a short overview on the Building Regs Part L.
• Luke Carter of Lewis & Co Planning will provide an overview of the City Plan Part 2 and the impact on projects across the city.

We will then start the voting on 2023 events. A selection of suggested topics to get you in the mood will be circulated to attendees two weeks before the breakfast. If you wish to present a case study or panel discussion please let Sophie know - [email protected]

Membership is £120 per annum for up to 2 members from the same company attending each of the 6 CESC sponsored events and site tours, free of charge, throughout the year. It includes this breakfast meeting, subject to booking and availability.

• Membership runs from 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023.
• Guests of members & extra colleagues are £25 for the breakfast and £15 for other meetings, subject to availability.
