Pogue’s Run 3rd Annual Summer Bike Tour “Taste of Pogue’s Run”

Celebrate the last day of summer by joining the Friends of Pogue’s Run summer bike tour- “Taste of Pogue’s Run!" Starting at the Factory Arts District, we will bike along the Pogue’s Run Trail tasting from eateries such as King Dough, Natural State Provisions, ShinDig, Amelia’s, and Lick Ice Cream. Also, sample drinks from 8th Day Distillery and Centerpoint Brewery.

From the Kan-Kan to the Factory Arts District offerings to North Mass Boulder, learn all about what businesses the Near Eastside has to offer while biking along the new Pogue’s Run Trail. Also see where the Pogue’s Run mysteriously disappears to then flow unseen underneath the city!

This leisurely 3 hour tour is for adults 21 and over. Also, if you don’t have a bike don’t let that stop you, rent one from the Pacers Bikeshare near our starting point. This tour is limited to 30 riders.

When: Sunday September 21st from noon-3p.

Where: Factory Arts District parking lot at Brookside and 11th St. (1125 Brookside)

Cost: $40 per person (includes all tastings and samples!)

Please be sure to bring your own water bottle as we will not be purchasing beverages at our stops. We will have a water jug at the start to fill up your bottles. Helmets are not necessary but encouraged. Rain or shine event!
