About this Event

Are you looking for fun, unique baking classes that are taught by a professional Pastry Chef that will help you become a more successful and more confident baker? Are you tired of going to the classes that have you just watch or work in a group setting and don't let you work on your own or take home any of the food? Annie's classes are hands on and everyone works individually. Why? The best way to learn is to do it yourself.
You will create your own sweets and take home what you make in every class. You will also learn techniques to carry you beyond this class that will help builid your confidence and increaase your chances of success when you go and recreate these recipes on your own or apply the techniques to other baking recipes.

Pastry Chef, Ann LoParo, Aka Annie is so excited to be hosting a hands on 2 DAY CROISSANTS masterclass in Berea at her BAKING SCHOOL! These beautiful desserts look specatular and taste spectacular with a some fun and easy tips and tricks Annie will teach you. Other classes have the dough ready for you when you arrive. In MY class, you do everything yourself!!

In this class we will go over:

how to make your dough from start to finish- NO PREMADE DOUGHS WHEN YOU WALK INTO THIS CLASS. HERE, YOU MAKE YOUR OWN!!
NO TAKE AND BAKE!
How to make your butter block and then fold in your butter into your dough
How to fill your croissants
how to make, shape and bake your croissants!
Everyone works individually, no group work in these classes!! You do everything yourself!

THIS IS A 2 CONSECUITIVE DAY MASTERCLASS. Class will be 11am-3pm each day.

1 TICKET COVERS BOTH DAYS FOR 1 PERSON. BY PURCHASING A TICKET YOU ARE COMMITING TO BOTH DAYS.

Annie is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has over 18 years professional baking experience as a Pastry Chef and over 7 1/2 years experience teaching students of all ages locally in Cleveland and internationally on zoom.
Annie has taught over 1400 baking classes to students as young as 3 and has had her classes featured in both Country Living Magazine and Parade Magazine.I am Ann LoParo, aka Annie and I have been a Pastry Chef for 18 years and I have been Teaching baking classes since 2018.
I will go step by step through the process of making everything from start to finish. Everyone will work individually and take home what they make. This class is limited to 7 people per class.

+++ This class is for anyone ages 17 and older. Anyone under age 18 does require a parental consent form to be filled out by a parent or legal guardian. One form is required per student under age 18 .+++
