Begin your evening with a comforting cup of hot masala chai and traditional South Indian appetisers, followed by an authentic vegetarian thali (a well-balanced Indian meal served on a single platter) featuring a variety of regional dishes inspired by family recipes, fresh seasonal ingredients, and aromatic spices, followed by a warm traditional dessert

As we dine together, I’ll share the stories behind the dishes, the spices, and the rich culinary traditions that have shaped South Indian cuisine over generations.

We’ll end the evening in true South Indian style with a freshly brewed cup of traditional filter coffee.

This is the first chapter of ANNAM_YYC, a curated supper club celebrating the incredible diversity of Indian cuisine. Each gathering will explore a different region of India through authentic food, storytelling, and warm hospitality.
