Animist Chair Yoga with Liliana-Tucson

Find us in the Old Adobe Office Park, which is directly west of The Girls Estate Sales. Use 14th St to get to us. We are in suite B-140, close to the covered parking.
Experience Yoga with an Animist twist!
Stretch your body and calm you mind with gentle yoga classes hosted by Liliana.
The final 10 minutes includes soft drumming or other rhythmic sound for meditation/journeying.
Three Saturdays in July (July 4, 18 and 25) at our Web of Life Center, Liliana hosts:
10-10:50am- 50 minute CHAIR YOGA class
11am-12pm 60 minute MAT HATHA YOGA class
Limited space available, door closes 5 minutes after start times.
Chairs are provided. Bring your own mat. Come to one, both.
Offered by sliding scale $5-$20 per class. All experience levels welcome.
Liliana is an Animist minister with Web of Life, has a master's certificate in Yoga from the Providence Institute, Kundalini yoga Certification 3HO New Mexico and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.
