Animano is a somatic training in embodied leadership — a precise, experience-based method for teaching yourself and your clients how to come into alignment with their own creative power.
Animano is the art of joining another person — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — in the space where transformation becomes possible.
In this training, you will learn to work through the body — using touch, movement, voice, and relational presence to guide others toward a felt experience of choice, alignment, and possibility.
Through Body-Mind-Integration, we recognize that what we focus on becomes what we do — and that our attention, perception, and somatic expression are shaping our lives in real time.
Teaching instead of treating is the focus of this work.
You are not only facilitating healing — you are teaching others how to create coherence between intention and action, to reclaim their somatic agency. This allows our clients to remember their capacity to choose, create, and reshape their experience through the way they move, feel, express, and focus, allowing them long-lasting growth and self-generated change.
This training teaches you how to help clients:
* Recognize where their focus is unconsciously shaping disconnection or contraction in their lives as well as the creativity and experiences they wish to be living.
* Restore the natural somatic flow of expression -- allowing their desires and actions to come into coherence
* Identify and dissolve fixed patterns of holding, belief, and limitation held in the body and mind
* Reclaim the creative movement of energy, emotion, and thought through physical expression
In Animano, we don't aim to fix our clients — we join them, co-regulate with them, and teach them to re-enter flow. We help them remember that their attention is creative, and that their body is the place where creation takes shape.
