Wild Animal Science Club — Summer Session
Join us for an unforgettable hands-on wildlife experience set in a beautiful woodland venue in Ushaw Moor, County Durham!
Wild Animal Science Club is a 2.5-hour session for primary-aged children (accompanied by one adult) combining real live animals with outdoor nature exploration. Children will get up close with fascinating creatures, discover the wildlife living right on the doorstep of our stunning woodland setting, and learn about animal science in a way that truly brings it to life.
Our venue is tucked into woodland with access to a stream, an apple orchard, vegetable growing beds, and outdoor green space, making every session a genuine nature adventure, not just a classroom experience.

Session details:
Suitable for primary-aged children (approx. 5–11 years)
One accompanying adult per child (adult entry is free)
