10 week term of 45 minute sessions for children aged 9-13 years with ANIMAL FLOW Instructor and Regional Leader Helen Ilich
10 consecutive Wednesdays starting 04/05/2022 @ 4:15-5:00pm

The Animal Flow® system includes movements that children love! Derived from various bodyweight disciplines including gymnastics yoga breakdancing and martial arts the program is adapted to growing movers with the view to expanding movement vocabulary and providing solid preparation for sports artistic movement practices and other activities. The Animal Flow® for Kids program is designed to contribute to balanced physical development encourage expression and build confidence.
