Animal Flow uses quadrupedal movements to build strength, agility and resilience. During the class, we will learn some basics and put them together into flows. Animal flow is a fun and challenging way to work your body and your mind. This is a pop-up and not a workshop so you can use your membership or pay a drop in fee, but don't delay! The class size is limited to 10. Whether you have taken one of Ben's classes previously or are new to Animal Flow, this class is for you!
