Quadrupedal movement training (QMT) is a form of bodyweight training incorporating animal poses, transitions, and crawling patterns to reportedly improve fitness.

Where: Frequency Wellness Space

When: Sundays in October and November, (no class Nov 17th)

12 PM - 1 PM
