Look closely at the shared structures of human and animal anatomy in this observational drawing workshop. By comparing bones and muscles across species, participants will explore how underlying structure shapes surface form.Through guided exercises, we’ll focus on contour line drawing to better understand how skeleton and muscle create movement, balance, and unique silhouettes. You’re welcome to bring a photo of your favorite animal to work from, or choose from reference images provided.
This workshop is suitable for all experience levels and encourages careful looking, curiosity, and experimentation.
