Mission of Anima House is to provide an inclusive, enriching, judgment free space for our community to flourish, grow, challenge and further discover themselves not only physically, but mentally to provide a whole circle well-being experience. We believe the bridge of fitness, mindfulness, and mental wellness is more than a trend, but a lifestyle. We do: monthly collaborations with amazing facilitators, ambassadors, organizations, and businesses from around the city to further grow and foster our community.Girlies club offers a safe space for like-minded girls to connect, step out of their comfort zones, and explore Amsterdam together while trying out new and fun activities.
