This 90-minute to 2-hour immersive workshop is a guided experience for women ready to explore and safely express their anger.
So many of us have learned to suppress this powerful emotion — especially those who identify as people pleasers or who find themselves stuck in chronic nervous system patterns like freeze, fawn, or even cycles of fight. Over time, unexpressed anger doesn’t disappear — it becomes stored in the body, shaping how we feel, respond, and relate.
This workshop offers a supportive and non-judgmental space to begin changing that.

Through a blend of somatic awareness, guided meditation, gentle facilitation, and intuitive movement, you will be invited to reconnect with your body and explore what may be blocking your anger from being felt and expressed.
Together, we will:
- Build safety within the body
- Gently uncover suppressed or hidden anger
- Explore healthy, embodied ways to express and release it
- Begin to shift patterns of suppression into empowered awareness
This is not about aggression — it’s about honesty, self-connection, and reclaiming a vital part of your emotional landscape.
No prior experience is needed. Just a willingness to show up as you are.
