Anger Management Class - 12 Classes (Cohort #5)

This class will address the following:

• Myths about anger

• Teach you how to identify your anger triggers

• Show you how to use relaxation techniques

• Review some causes of anger

• Show you ways to improve your communication skills

• Provide you with conflict resolution skills

By the end of this class, you should have developed an individualized anger management plan to assist you with controlling your anger. This Anger Management Class has 12 classes and will be once a week on Wednesdays. (a couple classes may be virtual)
