🚨 New Peer Support Group Launching September 9th 🚨
We’re starting a 10-week Anger Management & Addiction Coping Skills Group for Military & First Responders right here in Jefferson City.
📅 Starts Tuesday, September 9th
🕒 90-minute sessions every Tuesday
📍 3811 Collin Ct, Jefferson City, MO
📌 Course runs ~10 weeks and will continue beyond
This is a peer-led group — by Veterans & First Responders, for Veterans & First Responders.
👉 It is NOT a replacement for mental health professionals, but it is a place to walk alongside like-minded peers who have been down the same road.
Together, we’ll:

✅ Build healthy coping tools
✅ Support each other through challenges
