🔹Töötoa tutvustus🔹
Liigu ja avasta Countertechnique’i koos Anettega! Tunnis liigume läbi erinevate tehniliste harjutuste ning töötame ka improvisatsiooni- ja kompositsiooniülesannetega.

🔹Countertechnique’ist🔹
Countertechnique® pakub kehale ja vaimule tööriistu, et tulla toime 21. sajandi tantsupraktika nõudlikkusega. See on liikumissüsteem, mis aitab tantsijal mõista tantsivat keha, keskendudes sellele, kuidas infot tegevuseks ja liikumiseks üle kanda.
Selge struktuuriga harjutuste kaudu valmistab Countertechnique® tund keha põhjalikult ette proovideks ja etendusteks. See võimaldab tantsijatel liikuda suuremalt, voolavamalt ja ruumilisemalt, muutudes samal ajal tugevamaks ja paindlikumaks. Tantsijaid julgustatakse olema aktiivsed seoste ja lahenduste avastamisel, keskenduma vähem enese hindamisele ning töötama tervislikul viisil nii keha kui ka vaimuga.

🔹Õpetajast🔹
Anette Jellne on õppinud Stockholmi Kuninglikus Balletikoolis ja Stockholmi Kunstiülikoolis. Aastatel 2006–2022 oli ta Skånes Dansteateri trupiliige, töötades koos koreograafidega nagu Alexander Ekman, Marina Mascarell, Alan Lucien Øyen, Jo Strømgren ja Anouk van Dijk.
Alates 2018. aastast on ta SpaceTimeLabi kunstiline juht ning tegutseb rahvusvaheliselt tantsija, näitleja ja häälenäitlejana. Anette sai 2022. aastal sertifitseeritud Countertechnique’i õpetajaks ning õpetab tehnikat ja balletitunde tantsukompaniides, avatud tundides ning professionaalsetes tantsuõppeasutustes.

Move, explore, and discover Countertechnique with Anette in our upcoming 2 day workshop!
In this workshop we will explore Countertechnique in a class setting as well as through improvisational and compositional tasks.

🔹About the Teacher🔹
Anette trained as a dancer at The Royal Swedish Ballet School in Stockholm and received acting and pedagogical training at The Stockholm University of the Arts. She started her career as a freelancer before becoming a company member of Skånes Dansteater between 2006–2022, where she has worked with numerous choreographers; Alexander Ekman, Marina Mascarell, Alan Lucien Øyen, Örjan Andersson, Angelin Preljocaj, Jo Strømgren, Ben Wright, Tero Saarinen, Susanna Leinonen and Anouk van Dijk to name a few.
Since 2018 Anette has been the Artistic Director of SpaceTimeLab and today she divides her time between creating works for the stage, teaching and working as a dancer, actor and voice actor.
Anette became a certified Countertechnique teacher in 2022 and is currently teaching Countertechnique and ballet in dance companies, open classes and professional dance educations.

Countertechnique® provides tools for body and mind to deal with the demanding dance practice of the 21st century. It is a movement system to help the dancer understand the dancing body, focusing on the process of incorporating information into action.

Within a clear structure of exercises, the Countertechnique® class thoroughly prepares the body for rehearsal and performance. It enables dancers to move bigger, more fluidly and more spatially, while becoming stronger and more flexible. Dancers are encouraged to be proactive in discovering connections and solutions, to be less concerned with judging themselves, and to work in a healthy way with regard to both body and mind.
