While anesthesia free dental cleaning should never replace recommend standard of care for your pet's dental health with their primary veterinarian, some pets are allergic to local anesthesia or some parents choose to opt out due to cost and this puts your pets dental health at risk as they become older and could lead to tooth decay or gum disease. Oral health is a huge part of your Pets health. Early detection and treatment of oral health issues are critical because advanced periodontal disease can cause severe problems and pain for your pet. Periodontal disease doesn’t just affect your pet’s mouth. Other health problems found in association with periodontal disease include kidney, liver, and heart muscle changes.
Anesthesia Free Dental Cleaning provides you and your pet an alternative way to have their teeth cleaned without the hassle of putting your pets under anesthesia and paying several hundreds or even thousands of dollars to have your pets teeth cleaned. We have partnered with Gentle Dentals for Pets for a truly Gentle Dental Cleaning here in our salon, a place where your pet already feels at home!

Restrictions?
We are only accepting dogs and cats for this clinic. There are no weight or behavioral restrictions. The only requirement is that your pet must have their rabies vaccine up to date. It is also recommend to give your pets a calming sedative such as Gabapentin and or Trazodone if they are overly anxious or have a fear of light restraining such as cuddling, cradling and/or swaddling.
