Happy Friday All! hope everyone is well!We're back with the second instalment of the AMC Liverpool Wellbeing project. Our Second Walk and Talk will take place at Sefton Park, South Liverpool on the 6th May (Bank holiday) 1pm. The meet point will the Oasis in the Park (link will be below). Our endearing Facilitators will be there to greet everyone with our banner, You wont miss us! We encourage you to bring your families friends, pets.. anyone you'd like to come along and support!
We at AMC promote the message that its okay for men to talk, creating a safe and non judgemental space hosted at 180+ facilities all across the UK every Monday at 7pm (expect bank holidays). We open our arms to you no matter how big or small your problem is, we want you to know there is help out there and there is way forward!
SEFTON PARK is a perfect example of an open but trusting space around fellow brothers to help each other! We shall look forward to seeing you all there!
