Join us on March 14th at Madison Live for another year of Andy Jam! All are welcome at this free show to celebrate our dear friend! Harold will open the night up then on with the big ole open jam! So bring your instruments and your friends, let’s celebrate all those we’ve lost the way we know best!
“Bob Weir passed on Saturday. Andrew’s birthday was on Sunday.
There is an art to finding the right words to convey the message your heart holds. Music has a become a way for me to express these feelings. The connections that people can build through music are some of the purest in life. Andrew Stumpf was an incredible human that our whole band met through the power of music. The friendship we built through the love of music is a testament to its power.
That being said. The music of the Grateful Dead lies at the foundation of all of that. The spirit of their music is a force whose ripple effect has been connecting people for decades. It’d be an injustice to not thank Bob Weir for his contribution to our lives and our music. Harold is all is about friends and family enjoying music and moments together. The Grateful Dead and the community around them embodied that.
