Based in part on a children’s book, You Are The Sky, written by a 7 year old, you will learn practical steps, breathwork and movement techniques you can use in your daily life. You’ll be encouraged to find your inner strength, knowing confidently what steps will keep your heart calm in challenging moments.
Join Cornell-trained wellness coach and Unity Prayer Chaplain, Jules De Jesús Fritz, for this inspirational and family-friendly workshop that will fill you with joy!
Cost: $22 includes a copy of You Are The Sky and entry to the workshop.
