Meet Our Special Guest Dondria

Dondria Fields, widely known as Dondria, emerged onto the music scene with her soulful voice and R&B prowess. Her journey into the world of music began at an early age, showcasing her incredible vocal talent. In 2007, she gained widespread recognition with her YouTube covers, catching the attention of super-producer Jermaine Dupri. This led to her signing with So So Def Recordings. Her debut single, "You're the One," further solidified her place in the industry, earning her acclaim for her powerful vocals and emotional delivery.

While her early accomplishments set the stage for a promising career, Dondria has continued to evolve as an artist, exploring new avenues of creative expression. Her latest EP, "Perspective," showcases a mature and refined sound, with tracks that delve into themes of love, growth, and self-discovery. Beyond music, Dondria is expanding her artistic footprint with the upcoming release of her poetry book, "In The Dark," slated for May 2024 in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. This venture reflects her commitment to using her platform to address important issues and promote mental well-being.

Looking ahead, Dondria is set to captivate audiences once again with an upcoming spoken word album inspired by "In The Dark," scheduled for release in the Fall of 2024. This ambitious project not only demonstrates her versatility as an artist but also underscores her dedication to creating meaningful and impactful content. Dondria's journey from YouTube sensation to a multifaceted artist is a testament to her talent, resilience, and commitment to artistic exploration. As she continues to break new ground, her fans eagerly anticipate the next chapter in her musical and creative odyssey.

Meet Our Special Guest "Hot 103 Jamz" Deona HuSTLe

Deona HuSTLe was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She's a UMKC Graduate, with a degree in Film & Media Arts. In 2017, she launched her own videography and entertainment company titled, “SFTL Entertainment. In 2019, Deona was awarded UMKC’s Outstanding Senior Award, UMKC’s Leadership Award, and became certified in Radio Marketing. She worked for 2 years as Brand Ambassador for Top Non-profit Big Brothers Big Sisters KC; where she produced Spotify Ads, Voice Over Projects, and presented to over 300 + people in the Kansas City area.

Deona is currently an “On Air Radio Personality” on KPRS Hot 103 Jamz and her entertainment name is Deona HuSTLe. KPRS Hot 103 Jamz is the oldest continually Black family-owned radio station in the United States. Deona is her middle name, and HuSTLe can't be spelled without the STL; paying homage to her hometown. She's also an Account Coordinator at Crux KC. Crux KC is a Kansas City marketing firm that combines executive-level marketing and business strategy to provide a simple, smart, and affordable outsourced marketing solution for clients.

Deona has been heavily involved in community events and interviews with major celebrities & leaders such as Mayor Quinton Lucas. She also generously volunteers her time serving as a Board Member at UMKC College of Arts & Science's Alumni Board. She has also emceed D1 Men’s & Women’s Sports and continues to host events that engage our communities.

Meet Alicia & Shardae

Two brands joined together by a divine mission which is to catapult networking with a twist. A non profit organization set out to connect like minded professionals and entrepreneurs who are looking to create collaborating opportunities for their business or professional growth on their own terms!

A multi-passionate self-proclaimed entrepreneur, cosmetologist, educator, mother of two young kings and former care giver and widow to her late father and husband.

Growing up off 39th St. in Kansas City, Mo where dreams were forever discussed, but not often the reality, Shardae loves imagining the impossible and actually making those things become a reality! A multi-passionate Mom-preneur, Innovator, Life Speaker & Educator. Graduated college at CMSU in 2009, High School in 2003 & Cosmetology School in 2003. While managing many titles, roles and responsibilities Shardae seeks travel as her life balance.

Taking on the title of Holistic Image Consultant, Alicia combines mindful practices to hair and wardrobe services. Dedicated to helping others discover the power to heal themselves and gain back the confidence within themselves to live an authentic, happy and healthy life.

Originally from MI, Alicia relocated to KC in 2009. In 2018 she graduated from Ea La Mar’s cosmetology and barber college and is a licensed MO cosmetologist.

Alicia’s mission is to leave a legacy of love and to help others receive the tools and knowledge to create the discipline needed to heal, truly love and value themselves completely and successfully.

Meet LaTeisha Williams

LaTeisha Williams is the founder of Queen Brand Enterprise®️ LLC which is an organization serving women, children and families in the Kansas City area providing counseling, coaching, community training and consulting. LaTeisha is also an author; self publishing four manuscripts. LaTeisha graduated from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelors in Social Work and went on to receive her Masters in Social Work from the University of Missouri - Columbia. She is currently licensed in both the state of Missouri & Kansas and is now undergoing clinical supervision.

LaTeishas’ areas of expertise include private therapy, coaching and speaking. She is a trained trauma informed care facilitator through The Center for Trauma Informed Innovation and is a certified life coach. LaTeisha is a former adjunct professor at Park University in Parkville Missouri. She is a current member of the National Association of Black Social workers and serves on the executive board of the Kansas City chapter. She has previously served as the Mental Health and Wellness committee chair of the executive board for the Kansas City chapter of Black Nurses Rock.

LaTeisha has partnered with community organizations to provide an array of services. Along with running her organization, she is employed full time at the Kansas City Missouri School District as a Trauma Sensitive Schools Clinician supporting elementary school children.

Meet Trish Mitchell

Trish Mitchell is a serial entrepreneur and native of Kansas City. Her business savvy and contribution to the community are extensive. All Black Everything Magazine is a non-profit digital and print publication that allows black owned businesses, talents and creatives a space to advertise at no cost. In 2021 we interviewed Breonna Taylor's mother. Our magazine was the 3rd in the country to feature Breonna Taylor on the cover. We've interviewed actors both locally and in Hollywood. The goal is to boost the bottom line of black owned businesses, provide information on finance and Healthcare disparities in our communities.Purple Gift Foundation is a Foundation started on behalf of my mother who died in January 2023. She loved children and her favorite color was purple.

We have partnered with Children's Mercy Hospital, The Children's Place, Ronald McDonald House KC, and the Boy's and Girls Club. We take purple teddy bears to the children in hospitals, community centers, foster homes and children of army families just to put a smile on their faces and show kindness. We have already impacted over 200 children recovering from serious physical health, mental health, and poverty in our very own communities.As a Life Coach, my business Limitless Life Coaching helps those who are stuck in life and want to establish a plan to create goals to help them maximize their ability to create generational wealth. My specialty is developing a new mindset, Life Coaching certification and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Certification.

I'm currently studying Trauma Coaching to add to my existing certification.I own and operate a production company Bees Knees Productions where I write direct and produce live theater that uplifts. Encourages and inspires, while placing real life, and social issues on stage.My niece was killed in a mass shooting on January 28th while out celebrating her birthday. I started a petition to add public gatherings to the list of prohibited places to conceal and carry or open carry a firearm in public. I am working with the state representative to change gun laws in our state.I have an eyewear line, ish eyewear, that received a $10,000 grant from K.C. G.I.F.T in April 2023. Which helped expand the brand by adding Optical Frames, and also helping me land in Plaza Retail.My proprietary fragrance, Ri-Ri by Trish Fine Fragrances is available at .I'm also the author of 5 Children's books and one autobiography. My 7th book, Matriarch, will be released in 2024. It's about grief and how to heal after losing a loved one.
