If you’ve recently been diagnosed and feel like your doctor, psychiatrist, or therapist hasn’t given you the full picture… or if someone in your life has ADHD and you want to truly understand how their brain and body work...this may be the missing piece of the puzzle.
We’ll take you beyond medication, beyond talk therapy, and into a fresh, practical, and body-based approach. You’ll leave with tools that can change the way you relate to yourself and others, reduce overwhelm, and bring more calm, clarity, and connection into your life.

About the Presenters
Lauren Albans
A trauma-informed Integrative Somatic Facilitator with an abundance of training in trauma-informed somatic practices, Lauren supports individuals, especially people with neurodivergence and their families, to reconnect with their rhythms, regulate their nervous systems, and move away from pressure-based norms.
Dr. Reid Midanik
A chiropractor with a degree in Kinesiology and lived experience of ADHD. Reid specialises in neurologically based chiropractic care, helping people with ADHD regulate their systems and guiding others to better understand the ADHD brain and body.
