Sundays, 4-6pm, Oct 2 - Nov 6“The Wines of France” celebrates the fabulous world of French Wine & Food, covering wine sensory and theory fundamentals, winemaking basics, tasting techniques, core grape varieties, food pairing guidelines, and regional highlights.
You will taste 5 wines each class with food pairings designed with this course in mind. As well, a comprehensive course manual will be provided for you to keep!
Class will be held Sundays from 4-6pm, Oct 2 18 - Nov 6 (skipping Thanksgiving).

Class 1 - Champagne & The Loire Valley
Class 2 - Alsace, Burgundy & The Beaujolais
Class 3 - Bordeaux, Armagnac & Cognac
Class 4 - Rhone, Corsica, Jura & The Savoie
Class 5 - Provence, Languedoc-Rousillon & The Southwest
