"The UnStuck Career Workshop"
About this Event
Feeling stuck in your career? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to stay there.
UnStuck is a 3-hour, hands-on workshop for women who know they’re ready for something different but haven’t figured out what or how. This isn’t a lecture. You’ll do the work in the room, with a small group of women who get it, and leave with a clear plan for your next move.
What we’ll work on together
- Know your strengths. We’ll start with your personality snapshot and the Mirror Exercise, which help you name the strengths you’ve been underselling.
- Resume Hot Seat. We’ll rework your resume live so it gets past applicant tracking systems (ATS) and in front of real people.
- LinkedIn makeover. You’ll update your headline, About section and profile so recruiters can find you.
- The hidden job market. Most jobs are never posted. You’ll build your 3-List of dream, target and safety companies and review other job boards outside of LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Your 30-day roadmap. You’ll leave knowing your #1 next move and the steps to make it happen.

Before you come:
Take the free 16-Personalities assessment. Ittakes about 10 minutes and will be emailed to you upon registeration.
