Join Coaches Dom and Nate for a dynamic kettlebell session designed to build strength, improve endurance, and elevate your fitness. All levels welcome—come train, learn, and have fun!
The Standard Testing Agenda
Athletes will complete a series of strength and capacity tests to establish a clear performance baseline.
Chin-Up Testing
Max strict chin-ups using 1 or 2 bands (least assistance possible).
Followed by AMRAP chin-ups with 1 big band to assess pulling endurance.
3:30 Single-Arm Swing Test (Max Weight)
Continuous swings for 3:30 using the heaviest load possible with clean mechanics.
Turkish Get-Up Max
Establish a maximum controlled get-up per side.
5RM Double Front Squat
Find a challenging 5-rep max with full depth and stable positioning.
1RM Strict Press
Max strict press with no leg drive and full lockout.
Barbell Deadlift 1RM
True one-rep max with sound setup and control.
Purpose
These tests create a repeatable strength baseline and highlight areas for future improvement.
