"The Sound of Phoenix" - Debut Concert of Berkeley Chinese Music Ensemble

This concert will debut the newly organized Berkeley Chinese Music Ensemble (BCME), the first and only Chinese Orchestra at the University of California, Berkeley. With support from several faculty members, the BCME is currently a student-run “DeCal” course in the music department. As one of the very few student-organized Chinese Orchestra in the US, the BCME mainly consists of international students from China and local UC Berkeley musicians.
