We’ll explore, learn & practice:
• Your personal relationship with your breath
• Engaging in a Breathwork session and facilitating a session
• Co-create/build connection with fellow earth travelers
• Practice use of music and sounds in Breathwork & receive 3 playlists
• Explore integrating your breath practice into personal/professional life
• Explore relationship/holistic business practices to share your gifts
Join us and fellow explorers for your choice of days…
$175 for 1 day, $155 per day for 2 days
