BEFA will be participating in a youth STEM event at KILG Atlantic Aviation by putting our 172 on static display and is in need of volunteers!
The goal of the event is to expose local youth with aerospace-related careers. We are looking for anyone willing to stay by the plane for an hour or two between 11am-4pm and speak with participants and answer any questions about flying, airplanes, etc. Age range for this event tends to be 8-18 years old. Volunteers will be given a catered lunch and are welcome to stay all day and browse the other exhibits while there.
