Kunataki is an ensemble dedicated to showcasing some of Latin America’s most exquisite music, with a special emphasis on Afro-Peruvian music and ‘canción criolla.’ Founded by Oscar
Poncell and Claudia Osegueda, Kunataki is a musical project that pays tribute to the folkloric traditions of Peru and Afro-Latin culture.
The ensemble has had the privilege of sharing the stage with Afro-Cuban legends Félix Baloy and Sixto Llorente. They were also chosen as the support act for the world-renowned Chilean
ensemble Illapu during their 2013 Melbourne show and have played at numerous music festivals such as the International Street Food Festival, Peruvian Independence Festival (Melbourne/Sydney), and the Johnston Street Festival, among others.

Inspired by artists like Rosalía, Björk, and Bomba Estéreo, her music is refreshingly innovative. Since her solo debut in 2020, she has mesmerized audiences with tracks like "Son de la Luna dormida" and "Nuevo Amanecer."
