"Soul Food"- An Evening of Breathwork, Sound Healing & Meditation (English)

Your breath connects you with your mind, body and soul. It enables you to reach various states of consciousness and has a regulating effect on your autonomic nervous systems.

Sound healing uses frequency and vibration to regulate and release tension felt in the body, calming the flight and fight responses of the body, ensuring for calm & stillness within.

Meditation and shamanic journeying takes you beyond the boundaries of time. It affords you the opportunity of quieting outer noise and stimuli enabling you to listen to and sense your inner being at it's core. All emotions and memories are welcome and since you create a space deep within the stillness of youself, healing, release, reconciliation & creation may occur during meditation.
