Some nights you want to be productive. Some nights you want to eat snacks, listen to music, and attempt something crafty with a room full of fun people. Sew, What the Hell is your place for both.Once a month on Friday night (5:30–10:30 PM), Janel hosts an open sewing/crafting hangout at Ana’s Sewing Studio – Appleton. Think of it as a cross between a casual sewing bee, a slumber party without the pajamas*, and a “sure, we’ll figure it out” sewing club attitude with the hope of figuring it out.
How it works:
$20 covers your spot for the evening.
Bring your own sewing project of if you'd like to work on something else— mending, embroidery, or any sewing-adjacent craft is welcome. You can also purchase supplies at Ana's Sewing Studio all night at 15% off!
Any skill level welcome. Really. Janel’s a self-described “beginner with tenacity,” but she’s all about problem-solving and figuring it out together. If you are looking for the equivalent of the Genius Bar for sewing- this is not your night- unless you bring your own genius.
Snacks to share? Always appreciated. Music requests? Absolutely. You want to door dash something, super.
We’ll have optional projects each month, from quirky projects to seasonal fun, but there’s zero pressure to participate. Bring your craft, bring your humor, and bring your willingness to say “sew, what the hell” when things don’t go as planned.
*pajamas would be ok though

Remember you can attend Sew What the H*ll with Janel and pick what you want to work on or you can see what Janel is doing and try that- you can do your own thing and just hang out for the $20 fee.
