Ew, David! You’re moving!
It's time to say “See you later” to our amazing Coach David!
David has whipped our bodies into shape, and now he has the opportunity to take his dream job at Georgia State University. To celebrate his awesomeness (and secretly guilt-trip him into staying), we're throwing a goodbye party!
Activities:
- Light Workouts (Emphasis on Light) - Dress to move for some fun fitness games!
- Post-Workout Snacks
- Sharing Our Pain - I mean, sharing our fondest memories! We'll reminisce about Coach David’s most creative torture techniques (disguised as workouts)

Let us know if you're coming by 4/30! We need a headcount to ensure there are enough snacks (and tissues for our inevitable tears).
P.S. We secretly hope Coach David gets lost on the way to his new gig and accidentally stumbles back to us.
