About this Event
"Seasons of the Soul" is a celebration of November’s bounty — where Charleston’s fall harvest meets French elegance, touched by the warmth and rhythm of the islands. This four-course dinner, thoughtfully paired with French wines, honors the connection between land, art, and community in an intimate gallery setting.
Each course tells a story of the season: earthy root vegetables, roasted mushrooms, and bright citrus brought to life through soulful technique and inspired pairings.

Imagine natural linens, fall like decor, and local greenery setting the tone for an evening of connection, creativity, and culinary artistry. Not to mention the artwork! This event will take place in the Frederic Payet Gallery, where not only is Payet's work featured, but also the current exhibit by Athlone Clarke, of Spanish Town, Jamaica - who will join us for this special night.
Wine Story:
Sommelier Latasha Williams of Fermented Vines curates French wines that echo the rhythm of the season — crisp whites, deep reds, and notes that warm the spirit as autumn settles in.
