The Science of Striking, taught as never before

Open to recreational athletes and amateur fighters as well as professional combat sport artists and their striking coaches/trainers, this event is deep is a deep dive into what makes for a impactful punch. Focus will be on the rear-straight/cross.

Experience not only the expertise of Dr. Natale, who holds a Ph.D. in biological physics and conducts active research in biomechanics and Fight Science -- but also the unique opportunity to have your own strike forces measured, live; compared to your peers; and evaluated for the improvements you can make in tandem with your own coach.

Content typically focuses on the different phases of a punch, centi- and millisecond-level timing adjustments, and the difference between manmifsted power & impact. Curriculum belongs to the FORCE track, for those following programs by Techanique Consulting -- all attendees can earn a FORCE Badge to unlock special deals.
